How did you come up with the idea for this video?

"It was kind of an offspring of the Bruce Lee flick. The conversation I took sound clips from speaking on emotional content they were practicing in the solitude of a garden. I'm really into meditation and harnessing your energy through focus and concentration so I felt I would present it like that in the video, alone, in an earthy cut, it's really just my homies backyard in El Cerritto. hahaha but it would be a good place for that"
