Where did you get your inspiration for this video?

"Our guitarist, Chris, came up for the concept after I, Emma, wrote the song. It's a song about holding on when the darkness looks like it might be becoming a bit too much. It's about staying strong, and not letting go, and it's illustrated by writing a letter to your younger self about how important life is - hence the chess game between the older and younger self."
